SUMMARY

The apostle Paul thanks God for the Colossians' faith, hope, and love. 1 Thessalonians 2:13 provides the basis for the apostle Paul to thank God for all the saints. That is, "we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is at work in you who believe." 사도 바울은 골로새인들의 믿음과 소망과 사랑에 대해 하나님께 감사하고 있다. 데살로니가전서 2:13은 사도 바울이 모든 성도들로 인하여 하나님께 감사할 수 있는 근거를 제시한다. 즉 “우리가 하나님께 쉬지 않고 감사함은 너희가 우리에게 들은 바 하나님의 말씀을 받을 때에 사람의 말로 아니하고 하나님의 말씀으로 받음이니 진실로 그러하다 이 말씀이 또한 너희 믿는 자 속에서 역사 하느니라”

Here, "the words of man" and "the word of God" are in contrast, and the apostle is grateful to God for their overcoming the obstacle of "understanding through human words". In short, "the words of man" can be called "theology”. What "theology" suggests is like tricks which people play to get into heaven in the end. Theology is "the words of man" that are welcomed by humans who cannot give up on themselves. But the word of truth, the gospel is an object to be avoided in the world. 여기에 ‘사람의 말’과 ‘하나님 말씀’이 대조를 이루고 있는데 사도는 골로새인들이 ‘인간의 말로 인한 이해’라는 장애를 극복한 것으로 인해 하나님께 감사하고 있다. ‘인간의 말’을 한마디로 말하면 바로 ‘신학’이라고 할 수 있다. ‘신학’이 제시하는 것은 결국 천국에 들어가는 요령 같은 것들이다. 신학은 자신을 포기하지 못하는 인간에게 환영받는 인간의 말이다. 그러나 진리의 말씀, 복음은 세상에서 기피대상이다.

Theology can be said to be the faith of demons in that it is welcomed by the world. James 2:19 and Mark 3:11-12 testify that even filthy demons believe that there is only one God and tremble, see Jesus, fall down in front of him, and confess that Jesus is the Son of God. What we should pay attention to here is that the demons' confession comes from trembling in fear, separated from the Lord forever, and their faith is a faith that begins with themselves. On the other hand, true faith comes from being one with the Lord. This refers to the unity with the Lord that is achieved through separation from what is to be separated. 세상으로부터 환영받는다는 점에서 신학은 귀신들의 신앙이라고 할 수 있다. 야고보서 2:19과 마가복음 3:11-12은 더러운 귀신들도 하나님은 한 분이신 줄을 믿고 떨며 예수님을 보고 그 앞에 엎드려 예수님을 하나님의 아들이라고 고백한다고 증거 한다. 여기서 우리가 주목해야 하는 것은 귀신들의 고백은 주님과 영원히 분리된 채 두려워 떠는 가운데 나오는 고백이며 그들의 신앙은 자기로부터 시작하는 신앙이라고 하는 것이다. 반면에 참된 신앙은 주님과의 하나됨이다. 이것은 분리되어야 할 것과 분리되면서 이루어지는 주님과의 연합을 말한다.

Mark 5:25-34 gives an example of true faith. A woman who had suffered from bleeding for twelve years touched Jesus' cloak with the belief that she would be healed even if she just touched his cloak, and then the source of her blooding was dried up and Jesus said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering." 마가복음 5:25-34은 참된 신앙의 한 실례를 보여준다. 열두 해를 혈루증으로 앓는 한 여인이 예수님의 옷에만 손을 대어도 구원을 얻으리라는 믿음으로 예수님의 옷에 손을 대었더니 그녀의 혈루의 근원이 곧 말랐고 예수님은 그녀에게 “딸아 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였으니 평안히 가라 네 병에서 놓여 건강할찌어다”고 말씀하셨다.

This incident was given meaning by Jesus as an act of faith that showed that the source of her blooding was not in her own body, but in Jesus' body. At once Jesus realized "power had gone out from him" when this woman touched his cloak. The power of Jesus is the power of the cross to reveal the identity of this world that deserves to be destroyed and to break with this world. Jesus' declaration of "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering."- is evidence that she is bound by Jesus in a common destiny. 이 일은 그녀의 혈루의 원천이 자기 몸에 있는 것이 아니라 예수님의 몸에 있다는 것을 보여 준 믿음의 행위로 예수님께 의미 부여를 받은 사건이다. 예수님은 이 여인이 자신의 옷에 손을 댔을 때 그에게서 능력이 나갔음을 즉시 알아채셨다. 예수님의 능력은 파괴되어 마땅한 이 세상의 정체를 밝히고 이 세상과 결별하는 십자가의 능력을 말한다. 또한 예수님의 “딸아 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였으니 평안히 가라 네 병에서 놓여 건강할찌어다”는 선언은 그녀가 예수님과 공동운명체로 엮여있다는 증거이기도 하다.

From this point of view, the relationship between her and Jesus can be understood as a kind of cogwheel that is tied to one axis of a gear and rotated. Her sick body became the body that Jesus replaced with her place. This means that Jesus adjusted the woman's body to be his landing point, like a skydiver who adjusts his body from high altitude and falls to the target point (the net) without any protective equipment. In the end, in order to become the target point where Jesus will throw his body, her body had to suffer from bleeding for 12 years and she had to suffer a great deal under the care of many doctors and to waste everything she had. 이로 보건데 그녀와 예수님의 관계는 기어의 한 축에 묶여 서로 맞물려 돌아가는 일종의 톱니바퀴로 이해될 수 있다. 그녀의 병든 몸은 예수님께서 자기 처소로 교체하신 몸이 되었다. 이것은 마치 아무런 보호 장비 없이 고공에서 자신의 몸을 조정하여 목표지점(그물망)으로 낙하하는 스카이다이버처럼 예수님께서는 그 여인의 몸을 자신의 몸을 던질 착륙지점이 되도록 조정하셨다는 말이다. 결국 그녀의 몸은 예수님이 자신의 몸을 던져 넣을 목표지점이 되기 위하여 12년 동안 혈루증으로 고통 받아야 했고 그녀는 많은 의원에게 괴로움을 당해야 했으며 수치를 당해야 했고 가진 것도 다 허비해야 했던 것이다.

Her act of “belief” recognized by Jesus is an expression of the relationship between Jesus and her. “Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see(Heb. 11:1).” In other words, faith is invisible, but it is the manifestation and embodiment of what already exists. As was the case with the woman who suffered from bleeding for twelve years and many of the ancestors of faith recorded in Hebrews 11, the saints had to appear on earth for the fulfillment of the role assigned by the Lord and for the manifestation of faith through it. Because of this, the saints do not have to possess their own faith, nor do they have to prove their faith. 예수님이 인정하신 그녀의 ‘믿음’의 행위는 예수님과 그녀와 얽힌 관계에 대한 표현이다. ‘믿음은 바라는 것들의 실상이요 보지 못하는 것들의 증거’이다(히 11:1). 즉 믿음은 보이지 않으나 이미 존재하는 것의 나타남이며 구체화이다. 12년 동안 혈루증으로 고통받았던 여인이나 히브리서11장에 기록된 많은 믿음의 조상들이 그러했듯이 성도들은 주님에 의해 배정된 역할의 수행을 위해 그리고 이를 통한 믿음의 발현을 위해 지상에 출현해야 했다. 형편이 이러하기에 성도는 스스로 자신의 믿음을 소유할 필요도 없고 자신의 믿음을 증명할 필요도 없다.

Rather, the saints themselves should not be stable even for a moment. As Jesus' isotopes, they must be constantly shaken and unstable, and their own stabilization measures must be broken. For the manifestation of the faith stored by the Lord in heaven, they must be constantly unbeliever, and the Lord's work of replacing them with the Lord's life (eternal life) must be sustained. 오히려 성도는 그들 자체로는 잠시라도 안정되어있으면 안 된다. 그들은 예수님의 동위원소로서 지속적으로 흔들려야 하고 불안정해야 하며 그들 자신의 안정화조치는 깨져야 한다. 주께서 완성하신 하늘에 축적된 믿음의 나타남을 위하여 그들은 꾸준히 믿음 없는 자로 있어야 하고 그들을 주님의 생명(영생)으로 교체하시는 주님의 그 작업은 지속적으로 유지되어야 한다.

Therefore, it is not only absurd but also evil that humans try to find the source and cause of all things including salvation within themselves. They have to be left out of their own matters. The faith shown by those assigned a role by the Lord is the faith that comes from the cross of Jesus. So what they pay attention to is how the cross unfolds in their lives, not their own pride or their own righteousness. 따라서 인간이 구원을 포함한 범사의 원천과 원인을 자기 내부에서 찾아내고자 하는 것은 터무니없을 뿐만 아니라 악하다. 그들은 그들 자신의 문제에서 빠져있어야 한다. 주님에 의해 역할을 배정받은 자들이 보여주는 믿음은 예수님의 십자가에서 나오는 믿음이다. 그래서 그들이 주목하는 것은 십자가가 자신의 인생에서 어떻게 전개되는가 하는 것이지 자신의 자존심이나 자신의 의 따위가 아니다.

The problem is that the emergence of such saints is extremely uncomfortable and annoying for people. This is because people think that the results of their own labors, not the results of the Lord, shine their faith. Ironically, such a mind is evidence that they are still eternally separated from Jesus. Because they don't have the Lord's replacement. Jesus sent his power to the woman who had been bleeding for 12 years because he tried to replace her with the life of the Lord. 문제는 이 같은 성도들의 등장이 사람들에게는 심히 불편하고 성가시다는 것이다. 왜냐하면 사람들은 주님으로 말미암아 나온 결과물이 아닌 자신의 수고로 말미암은 결과물이 자신의 신앙을 빛내준다고 생각하기 때문이다. 역설적이게도 그러한 마음은 그들이 여전히 영원히 예수님과 결별 상태에 있음을 보여주는 증거가 된다. 왜냐하면 그들에게는 주님의 교체 작업이 없기 때문이다. 예수님께서 12년 동안 출혈했던 그 여자에게 자신의 능력을 내어 보내신 이유는 그 여인을 주님의 생명으로 교체하려 하셨기 때문이다.

After sinning with the devil, this world was expelled from God's paradise and became a male dominated world. If male is a symbol of 'being' and 'power', female represents 'nothing' and 'powerless' and 'subordination'. By the way, Jesus emptied himself and took the position of “nothing”, the position of “the offspring of the woman. 이것은 예수님께서 남자의 후손이 아니라 여자의 후손으로 오신 이유와 관련 있다. 이 세상은 악마와 더불어 범죄하고 난 뒤 하나님의 낙원에서 추방되었고 남성이 지배하는 남성 위주의 세계가 되었다. 남성이 ‘있음’과 ‘힘’의 상징이라면 여성은 ‘없음’과 ‘무력함’과 종속됨을 대변한다. 그런데 예수님은 자기를 비워 스스로 그 ‘없음’의 자리, ‘여자의 후손’의 자리를 취하셨다.

Hope is such a mind to break away from this world of "being" and "power," and love means that we have become one with the Lord. Things like faith, hope, love, and truth are a kind of capsule that all Jesus' achievements in heaven are stored up. When these unfold on the earth, man should not add his own to it. The saints are “axes, saws, rods, and clubs” held in the hands of the Lord to be used according to the Lord's plan (Isaiah 10:15). The saints should not forget about their own situation. 소망이란 바로 이런 ‘있음’과 ‘힘’의 세계와 결별하고자 하는 그 같은 마음이며 사랑이란, 우리가 주님과 하나 되었다는 의미이다. 믿음, 소망, 사랑, 진리와 같은 것들은 하늘에 쌓아둔 예수님의 모든 성과가 압축된 일종의 캡슐 같은 것들이다. 이것들이 지상에서 펼쳐질 때 인간은 거기에 자기 것을 가미해서는 안 된다. 성도는 주님의 계획대로 사용되기 위하여 주님 손에 들린 ‘도끼며 톱이며 막대기며 몽둥이’들이다(사 10:15). 성도는 이 같은 자신의 처지를 망각해서는 안 된다.

The Lord gives the Holy Spirit to the dead at the time of the end, so that they may become believers because of his intention to blow up the world. Those who were given the role of the detonator of the bomb to clearly reveal the Lord's intention were the apostle Paul, Timothy, and Colossians of the time, and are today's saints. 주님께서 종말의 때에 죽은 자에게 성령을 주셔서 믿는 자가 되게 하는 것은 이 세상을 폭파시키시려는 주님의 의도 때문이다. 주님의 그 의도를 분명히 드러내기 위해 폭탄의 뇌관같은 역할을 부여 받은 이들이 당시의 바울 사도이며 디모데며 골로새인들이었으며 오늘날의 성도들인 것이다.
