내가 그리스도와 십자가에 못 박혔나니 그런즉 이제 내가 산 것이 아니요....

(4:21) Greet all the saints in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me send greetings. 22.All the saints send you greetings, especially those who belong to Caesar's household. 23.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

SUMMARY

At the end of his epistle, the apostle Paul exhorted the Philippians to "greet all the saints in Christ Jesus." However, what should not be overlooked in this exhortation is the fact that before the start of the relationship between the saints, the relationship with Jesus came first, and before that, God the Father had abandoned the Son, Jesus Christ. In other words, the saints’ sending greetings each other presupposes the death on the cross of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. The true power of God comes from the ‘death of God’. This is because there comes ‘the power of Jesus Christ's forgiveness of sins’. 사도 바울은 그의 서신의 마지막에 “그리스도 예수 안에 있는 성도에게 각각 문안하라”고 빌립보인들에게 권한다. 그런데 이 권면에서 간과해서 안 되는 것은 성도간의 관계의 시작 이전에 예수님과의 관계가 먼저 있었고 그리고 그보다 아버지 하나님이 아들 예수 그리스도를 버린 일이 먼저 있었다는 사실이다. 즉 성도의 문안에는 하나님의 아들이신 예수 그리스도의 십자가 죽음이 전제되어 있다. 진정한 하나님의 능력은 ‘하나님의 죽음’에서 나온다. 이는 거기서 ‘예수 그리스도의 죄 사함의 능력’이 나오기 때문이다.

Sin refers to all the thoughts and activities that humans do to protect themselves and strengthen themselves independently. The attempts of Pharaoh and his soldiers, who died in the Red Sea while chasing the Israelites show the nature of these sins. What they did was foolish to save themselves. Those who seek their power to protect themselves will never meet God, who ‘has abandoned himself.’ 죄란 인간이 독자적으로 자기를 지키고 자기를 견고하게 하기 위해 행하는 모든 사고와 활동을 말한다. 이스라엘 자손을 뒤쫓다가 홍해에서 몰사한 바로와 그의 군사들의 시도가 이 같은 죄의 속성을 보여준다. 그들이 행한 일은 스스로 자기를 구원코자 행한 어리석은 짓이다. 자기를 지킬 수 있는 능력을 추구하는 이들은 ‘자신을 버리신’ 하나님을 결코 만날 수 없는 노릇이다.

Greetings between the saints are also a matter of cross involving matters of sin and righteousness. For this reason, we should not consider sending greetings between the saints as a private greetings. For saints, there is no independent or private area where the cross is excluded. Therefore, greetings between the saints also stems from ‘the power of Jesus Christ's forgiveness of their sins’ and the realm of ‘in Jesus’. In the world of Jesus, there is no room for human personal wishes to intervene, and even on matters of sin and righteousness, humans cannot have any influence on Jesus. 성도가 서로 문안하는 것 또한 죄와 의의 문제가 연루된 십자가의 일이다. 그 때문에 성도의 문안을 사적인 인사로 생각해서는 안 된다. 성도에게는 십자가가 배제된 독자적이고 사적인 영역이란 없다. 따라서 성도 사이의 문안 역시 자기를 버리신 예수님의 ‘죄 사함’의 능력과 ‘예수 안’이라는 영역에서 비롯된다. 예수님의 세계에는 인간의 개인적인 소망이 끼어들 여지는 전혀 없으며 죄와 의의 사안에 대해서도 인간은 예수님께 아무런 영향력도 미칠 수가 없다.

What Jesus had said to a paralytic who had been brought to Jesus in bed with a desperate wish to be cured of his illness was completely different from his expectations. That is, "Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven(Mat. 9:2)." Jesus works according to decisions made before creating the world, and his attention is focused on bringing the whole universe into an established relationship between Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ Himself. 병 고침을 받고자 하는 절실한 소원을 가지고 침상에 누운 채로 예수님 앞으로 데려와진 어떤 중풍 환자를 향해 예수님께서 그에게 하신 말씀은 그의 기대와는 완전히 다른 것 이었다. 즉 “소자야 안심하라 네 죄 사함을 받았느니라(마9:2)” 예수님은 창세 전의 결정대로 일하시며 그분의 관심은 온 우주를 하나님 아버지와 자신 사이에 확립된 관계 안으로 데려다 놓는 일에 집중되어있다.

God prepared eternal life and eternal punishment for those who are blessed by God and those who are cursed by God respectively. That is, “They will enter into eternal punishment, and the righteous will enter into eternal life(Mat. 25:46)” 하나님은 하나님께 복 받은 자들과 하나님께 저주받은 자들을 위해 영원한 생명과 영원한 형벌을 각각 준비해 놓으셨다. 즉 “저희는 영벌에 의인들은 영생에 들어가리라 하시니라(마 25:46)”

Those who were rescued from the power of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of the Son he loves, who received redemption, forgiveness of sins in his Son (Col. 1:12-13), are no longer individual “I” but “we”. In other words, the greetings between the saints is never the private greetings of 'I' and 'you', but rather the greetings between 'us' who were given forgiveness of sins. These are the masterpiece of God permanently fixed in his Son. 흑암의 권세에서 건져내어지고 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮겨져서 그의 아들 안에서 속량 곧 죄 사함을 얻은 자들(골1:13-14)은 더 이상 개별적인 ‘나’가 아닌 ‘우리’들이 된다. 달리 말하면 성도간의 문안은 결코 ‘나’와 ‘너’의 사적인 문안이 아니라 죄 사함을 받은 ‘우리’ 사이의 문안 인 것이다. 이들은 그의 아들 안에서 영구히 고정된 하나님의 작품들이다.

Therefore, there is no such thing as praising individual excellence or good deeds, criticizing for evil deeds, or curry favor with their opponents. Rather, there is a “pleasant” battle where each other's 'old self' are attacked. The term 'old self' here refers to an individual 'self' who is armed with morality and their own righteousness to build an independent self-worth. 그러므로 성도 간의 교제에서는 개별적인 우수함이나 선행을 칭찬한다거나 악행에 대해 비난한다거나 상대의 비위를 맞춰주는 일 같은 것은 없다. 거기서는 서로의 옛사람이 공격당하는 ‘즐거운’ 전투가 벌어진다. 여기서 말하는 ‘옛사람’이란 도덕성과 자기 의로움으로 무장하여 독자적인 자기 가치를 구축하고자하는 개별적인 ‘자아’이다.

These relationships can be enjoyable because they do not involve trying to exert one's influence on the other, showing off one's superiority, competing with the other, to guard against others or using the other to fill one's own deficiencies. They know they are "programmed" in a project called “Eternal Life” in their love relationship with God the Father and the Son Jesus Christ. For them, the time of "it is finished" that Jesus completed on the cross is working. Therefore, in their fellowship, there is only exchange of the gift of forgiveness of sins given from the Lord one another without deficiency. 이러한 교제가 즐거울 수 있는 것은 여기에는 상대에게 자신의 영향력을 발휘하려 들거나 자신의 우월함을 과시하거나 상대와 경쟁하거나 혹은 상대를 경계하거나 자신의 결핍분을 채우기 위해 상대를 이용하는 것 따위가 끼어들지 못하기 때문이다. 이들은 자신들이 하나님 아버지와 아들 예수님과의 사랑의 관계 안에 있는 ‘영생’이라는 프로젝트에 ‘프로그램’되어 있음을 안다. 이들에게는 예수님이 십자가에서 완료하신 ‘다 이루심’의 시간이 작동하고 있다. 그러므로 이들의 교제에는 서로가 결핍된 것이 없는 가운데 주께 받은 죄 사함의 선물교환만 있을 따름이다.

The fellowship of the saints reveals whether they are "waves" from the Lord's forgiveness of sins or "particles" who fiercely stand against Lord's program. The saints allow their own righteousness or excellence to be attacked through such fellowship. Summarizing the fellowship of the saints in one word, it shows the forgiveness of sins given by the Lord in them and the Word finalized, the Eternal life. 성도의 교제는 각자가 자신이 주님의 죄 용서하심에서 나온 ‘파동’인지 아니면 확정된 하나님의 프로그램에 격렬하게 저항하는 ‘입자’인지를 드러내게 된다. 성도는 그러한 교제를 통하여 자신의 의로움이나 우수함이 공격받도록 자신을 허용한다. 성도의 교제를 한 마디로 요약하면 그것은 그들 안에 있는 주님에 의해 주어진 죄 용서와 그리고 확정된 말씀, 곧 영생을 보여주는 것이다.

As a result, in the fellowship of these ones takes place such a phenomenon between Elizabeth and Mary. That is, “When Elizabeth heard Mary's greeting, the baby leaped in her womb(Luke 1:41).”결과적으로 이런 자들의 교제에서는 엘리자벳과 마리아 사이에서 있었던 그러한 현상이 일어난다. 즉 “엘리사벳이 마리아가 문안함을 들으매 아이가 복중에서 뛰노는지라(눅 1:41)”

People think it's dangerous to act without care and not mind your own values. But in fact, there is nothing new and dangerous to humans. Because humans are put into danger by birth itself and in fact humans themselves are risk factors. Nevertheless, the reason that the saints may enjoy peace and not be anxious while passing through the world is because God's measures are already in them that have been completed and cannot be changed forever. 사람들은 자신의 가치를 염두에 두지 않고 조심성 없이 행동하는 것은 위험한 일이라고들 생각한다. 그러나 사실 인간에게 새삼스럽게 위험한 일이란 없다. 왜냐하면 인간은 출생 자체로써 위험에 던져졌으며 그리고 사실 인간 자체가 위험인자이기 때문이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 세상을 지나는 동안 성도가 평안을 누리고 염려하지 않을 수 있는 것은 이미 완료되고 영원히 변경될 수 없는 하나님의 조치가 그들 안에 들어있기 때문이다.

It is like God's actions for Joshua the priest : "The angel said to those who were standing before him, 'Take off his filthy clothes.' Then he said to Joshua, 'See, I have taken away your sin, and I will put rich garments on you'.(Zec 3:4)". All saints are equipped with God's actions taken to Joshua the priest. 그것은 제사장 여호수아를 위해 행하신 하나님의 조치와 같은 것이다. “여호와께서 자기 앞에 선 자들에게 명하사 그 더러운 옷을 벗기라 하시고 또 여호수아에게 이르시되 내가 네 죄과를 제하여 버렸으니 네게 아름다운 옷을 입히리라 하시기로 (슥 3:4)”

Therefore, in the greetings shared by those who have this fact known through the Holy Spirit, there is only denial of oneself and exaltation and praise for the sacrifice and merit of the Lord. In other words, it is to testify that they are not the contributor of being “in Christ Jesus,” but are only the results of the Lord's choices and actions, and to reveal the reality of the “power of darkness” that dominated them. This is the very greetings in love between the saints. 따라서 성령을 통하여 이 사실이 알려진 자들이 나누는 문안인사에는 자기 자신에 대한 부정과 그리고 주님의 희생과 공로에 대한 높임과 칭송만 있다. 즉 그것은 자신들은 ‘그리스도 예수 안’에 있게 된 원인자가 아니며 오직 주님의 선택과 행하심의 결과물들에 불과하다는 것을 증거 하는 일과 자신들을 장악했던 ‘흑암의 권세’의 실체를 드러내는 일이다. 이것이 성도들 간의 사랑의 인사인 것이다.
